  • The wide open snowfields largely favour beginners and intermediates, instruction and progression is first class and the lift system is highly efficient.
For the experts of the family there is the Bruggerhorn free-ride mountain, a ski safari day-tour circuit, forest skiing, the world class big air park and a few long black graded runs.
The 100kms of superbly pisted runs total 55 slopes, 31 per cent for the beginner; 57 per cent for intermediate; and 12 per cent for advanced skiers. Thirteen ski lifts and an efficient free bus network make the vaste sunny ski bowl easily negotiable.
For those serious about their mountain restaurants, Arosa will win over hearts and enable skiers and non-skiers of a group to meet up and dine together.
