Bedroom six now has its own shower ensuite, with wooden ceiling art to complete a lovely sunny bedroom.

Chalet Runca was the film set for the film, Champions, out in Swiss cinemas this Christmas, then it will be out on DVD, for our guests to watch when here on holiday.  It is a comedy, along the theme of the Blues Brothers, but the subject matter is reforming the Ice Hockey team, whic whipped the country into a frenzy of excitement in the eighties, by hitting the big league through pure passion.  The highest goal scorer of several years in the Eighties, Guido Lindeman, had Chalet Runca built during this time.

  Our girls have arrived.  Emma the chef, and Janine, the front of house.  Only the highest calibre people survive our induction course, and they passed with flying colours!

We have started our season (Friday 5th December 2008) with six magnums of Veuve Cliquot, and a party to celebrate Franco's Big Day. 

The snow is excellent, the resort is busy, and the chalet lovlier than ever before.
