• All the cooking, cleaning and housekeeping - although we ask guests to be tidy!

• Enticing, freshly prepared, three course meals, using fresh and frozen ingredients.
• Good grades of bottled wine served throughout the evening meal.
• Baggage pick up from Arosa Train Station and orientation by foot (5 minutes) or bus (3 minutes) to chalet.

EXTRA BEDS
There is the option to place two additional single beds, priced at 600 CHF per bed, in any double bedroom.
This enables a maximum of fourteen people over two years old. Parties of 15 - 16 guests are welcome, when the first floor apartment is available to sleep in. Ask for a quote.
CHILDREN
Age is that on the holiday start date.
Under 12 year olds are welcome into Chalet Runca
with a sole occupancy booking.
Children between 13 and 15 years old, on a room
booking, receive a 5% discount.
Children receive homemade meals (discussed prior to
holiday start), and can dine at an earlier sitting to
adults (supervised by an adult) or with the whole
party at a time agreed between the party and the
chef.
Milk and fruit juice are provided with breakfast.
Drinks available throughout the day are cordials and
fresh mountain tap water.
For our guests under two years old, we have complimentary cots, high chairs, duvet, pillow and linen, stair gates, baby monitors.

2. You will promptly be notified of the total holiday price.
Proceed with Booking
1. Print out the 2008/9 Booking Form (we will email this to you or you can download from the www.snowypockets.co.uk homepage)
2. Fax the completed and signed booking form to Swiss FAX: +41 (0) 813 565257 (You should make contact within 24 hours to ensure your dates are still available).
3. Pay the holiday deposit (10%), or, the full balance if within ten weeks of the holiday start date. We allow three days to receive payment
4. Your holiday reservation is confirmed by email (unless otherwise requested).
