 Half Board Prices in pounds and swiss francs. 

All currencies are determined using the exchange rate from Swiss Francs on the day of booking.  Here we use the 1.63 CHF = 1 pound sterling.

Chalet Runca 03:
Accommodation, 430 meters squared of living space.
Layout:
Top Floor: Master Bedroom (30 m.sq.) with en suite bathroom, two double rooms sharing a shower room.
First Floor: Bedroom 4 (optional) shower room, dining room (15 m. sq.), living room (25 m. sq.), kitchen
Ground Floor: Bedrooms 5 and 6, each with ensuite shower room. Sauna and steam room.
Lower Ground Floor: Ski room with electric sensor doors, 21-boot dryer, ski serving and ski hire.

Facilities: digital door code security, sauna, steam room, log fire and large sunny balconies, DVD Home Cinema, free satellite TV, under floor heating, drying room, boot warmer, toys, games, book, DVD’s, garden with gas barbeque (summer)/snow bar (winter) 21-pair boot warmer, ski racks, wooden sledges with infant seat attachments.

Seven nights accommodation
VAT

Beds made on arrival, towels, moisturising soaps.
Six days cleaning of all public areas, bedrooms and bathrooms.
Communications: WiFi Wireless access to broadband network (ADSL/WLAN),
We provide:-
Meet and Greet/ baggage pick up from Arosa Train Station/assistance as and when required.
Welcome brief and orientation. 

Pre-arrival menu consultation for the catered arrangement detailed as winter half board below.
Winter Half Board 03
Daily:Continental breakfast daily, unlimited tea and coffee
Six days of: cooked breakfast, porridge, fresh fruit bowl,
Afternoon homemade cake or homemade soup (group decision), hot drinks,
Chilled Beer (complimentary crate on arrival).
Early evening children’s tea at times to suit you(*),
Evening drinks, canapés,  three course evening dinner parties, served with carefully selected good grade wine,
Cheese plate and port or petit fours or mints.

(*) - when bookings are not for sole occupancy, we request under ten year olds eat on the earlier sitting.

Self Catered Chalet 03
The chalet is available on a self-catered option - deduct 200 CHF per person per weeks stay. The cleaning of the kitchen and all its contents is the responsibility of the group. 


Making an Enquiry

1. Call +41 (0)798333608 or fill in the quote form on the homepage.
2. Your total holiday price will be confirmed by email, and held for 24 hours until stages 2, 3 and 4 below have been completed.

Proceed with Booking

1. Print out the Booking Form (found on homepage)
2. Post your completed and signed booking form to
Chalet Runca, Wetterweide 1, Neubachstrasse, 7050 Arosa, Switzerland. Should you wish to consider paying in Euros or Pound Sterling, please note on the booking form and we shall issue you with the relevant invoice.

3. Bookings are taken in Swiss Francs. Pay the holiday deposit (10%), or, the full balance if within ten weeks of the holiday start date. 
4. Email confirmation of your transaction.  We allow three days to receive payment.
5. Your holiday reservation is confirmed by email (unless otherwise requested on the booking form).


Methods of Payment

Bank direct transfer
By internet (account details are on the booking procedure form found on our homepage), or we can post Einzahlung Giro to those with Swiss Bank accounts
Credit Card.
There is a 4% charge for Mastercard and  Visa and free for Swiss Maestro users.
